We frequently shop online ourselves and have the same concerns about submitting personal information as most online shoppers. We also have a strong aversion to junk mail in any incarnation. That is why we NEVER give out a customer’s personal information to any third party organization. The information you provide is used solely to enhance your experience while you are visiting our site and to continually update and improve it.
Security
We take security very seriously. Payments are handled using industry-standard SSL encryption. We never share your personal information with anyone and we do not engage in bulk email practices.
We also take credit card fraud very seriously. When we receive an order, our address verification software matches the credit card number to the name, complete address and zip code of the cardholder. If there is any discrepancy the card is not charged and the customer is notified to resolve the situation.
You can rest assured that not only are we committed to preventing credit card fraud and protecting information you submit while shopping with us, but we also do everything in our power to prevent the attempted use of stolen credit cards on our site.
Payment Policy
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout, money orders and personal checks.
Credit Card transactions are handled securely by Authorize.net, a leading credit card processing company, using industry standard SSL encryption. Your credit card information is never stored or transmitted over the internet unencrypted.
Please allow up to four business days for personal checks to clear.
Shipping Policy
All items are in-stock and ready for immediate shipment from our Madison, Wisconsin location unless otherwise noted.
We ship all orders within two business days and often upgrade domestic orders to US Priority Mail for no additional charge.
All International orders are shipped by Air Mail.
International shipments can be delayed by customs due to circumstances beyond our control.
We upgrade all orders to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses to US Priority Mail.
We inspect every item before shipping and package
orders very carefully to ensure your artwork will
arrive in perfect condition.
Return Policy
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed or Your Money Back.
In the very unlikely event your order does not arrive in perfect condition we will send you a replacement at no cost. If you are dissatisfied for any reason please return your artwork within seven days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
To return an item you must first contact us by phone or by email and we will issue you an RMA number. You must contact us within seven days of receiving your order. Returns must then be shipped back to us within seven days of receiving your RMA number.
Shipping charges for returns are paid by the customer.
Returns must be packed carefully and returned in original condition.
We do not accept returns for rush orders.
Gifts
Let us know if your purchase is intended as a gift.
We include a written copy of our return policy in the shipment. The recipient can exchange it if they wish.
